Keeping Our Eyes Focused On The Father

We live in a world that is full of distractions, many which can block more significant things in our lives. If we don’t train our minds (or begin) to rid ourselves from any distractions, then there is a possibility that we could find each other drifting away from the Father.

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 29:13 says: “And you shall seek Me, and you shall find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”

To me this verse not only can be applied during the beginning stages of our journey but throughout also. I say that because if one backslid but was repentant of whatever transgression has been committed, they must show The Most High that they want to find Him wholeheartedly. When we have that strong desire to get anything and everything out of the way only then will we find Abba Father again.

Seek Yahuah and His strength; seek His face always. Emphasis on the word “always”. – Tehillim (Psalms) 105:4

It can be easy to search for the Father when everything is all fine and well, but the true challenge is when obstacles are placed within our path. At times we can be our own interference in life however Hasatan (satan) the true deceiver can also play a major role. He will do whatever it takes to interfere in our spiritual growth. The first step to finding Abba (the father) again is humbling ourselves, admitting our wrongs, and returning back to Him.

If something or someone is truly important to a person, they will always find time. Regardless how busy our lives may be, we should always make time for our Elohim (God) throughout our day. Simply because He deserves all of it.

So if you feel like you’ve been drifting away from the father, then set time aside to pray, fast, read His word, and talk to Yah.

Look, the hand of Yahuah has not become too short to save, nor His ear too heavy to hear. – Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 59:1
